Scripture for your day · Psalms

Psalms for prayer and reflection.

The Psalms give voice to praise, grief, questions, gratitude, and trust. These four selections focus on God’s care and the inner life of prayer. Each belongs to a larger song or poem, where its images unfold more fully. Psalm 23 speaks of a shepherd; Psalm 121 looks toward the maker of heaven and earth.
